On Sunday, 4 Spartans competed at the prestigious Meet of Champions. Dom Riga, Sam Jaskolski, TJ Harkins, and James Ptack made up the 4 x 400 relay team that shattered the previous school record by over 3 seconds. Seniors Dom Riga and Sam Jaskolski saved their best performances for this meet to lead the team. Riga split 54.5 and Jaskolski 53.6, both of which would be lifetime PRs. Ptack and Harkins were coming back just minutes after finishing the 3200, a race which saw Ptack set the school record while running a 14 second PR, finishing in 9:30.28 to capture 17th place. Quite the day and season for these dudes!
